Order Process Overview
"Once I'm ready to order my stand up paddle board, what happens next?
It's a very quick and secure process.
1. You generate your order.
Creed Sup’s web store is a fully integrated and securely encrypted order management system. It allows you to easily place your order, automatically keeps you updated, and allows quick and easy contact with CS if you have any questions or concerns at any point in the order / delivery / receipt process.
The Creed Sup shopping cart process works just like any major retailer’s cart. Any items that have the “add to cart” button are in stock and will be shipped immediately (unless a pre-order note is clearly stated right next to the button).
At checkout you’ll be prompted for all necessary shipping, contact, and billing information. The necessary information is immediately approved, and you’ll instantly receive an email receipt with links for following the status of your order. (There are also buttons for sharing news of your purchase with your social media contacts if you choose).
2. Your order is reviewed, your board(s) are quality checked, and all of your product is carefully packed. Your order status changes to “awaiting pickup” and you receive an email update. This packing and status update occurs 7 days a week, normally within the first hour of your order being received.
3. Paddleboards ship each day M-F. Orders received before 3:00 pm Pacific, will ship on the same day. At this point your order status is updated to “shipped” and tracking information is added to your order status, and a final email update is sent to you.
4. Your paddleboard and accessories are delivered to your door. For most addresses in the continental USA, boards are delivered in less than 5 business days. For some rural or “extended delivery” areas, boards may take up to 10 business days. Please see the shipping and returns page for more details.
