Shipping & Returns
At Creed SUP we go to great lengths to provide the highest quality product available. We’re quality control experts, with a long history of designing, developing, and building the best products for the best brands in the surf and watersports industries. We’re very confident you’ll be happy with our products, but if not, you may return new, unused items with original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you’ve received an item with a materials or workmanship defect.) We can’t be responsible for wrong size selections of paddles, board bags, or leashes, or most other items, but will do our best to accommodate where we can.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Because of the very high shipping rate for boards, returns must include a return authorization number in order to be processed. Our boards generally ship for free, and generally ship very fast. For example, a board shipped to Orlando Florida, from our San Diego warehouse (about as far as you can get in mainland US), will leave our warehouse within 1 business day (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and national holidays), and will generally arrive to Orlando 3-6 business days after shipping. We pay premium shipping rates in order to get your board to you quickly. Remote locations (by our shippers definitions), may experience lead times up to 6 business days longer. 95% of our shipments arrive in less than 6 business days. It will be clearly stated on the item page, and at checkout if you’re expected to pay shipping on any item, otherwise shipping is free.
We can ship to virtually any address in the mainland US. If you’re in a remote location, or a location not serviced by our shipping companies at normal rates, you’ll be advised and given the option to cover the excess shipping charges. For international shipment inquiries, please call us at 1-619-821-8200, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll try and help out. In many cases one of our international distributors may be able to help us get our product to you quickly, or else you can arrange shipping from our location to yours.
In stock boards and items will ship in most cases within 1 business day, and in rare cases 2 business days. You will be promptly advised if there are any exceptions, and will be granted a full refund if you desire.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you received product in a damaged carton, please refuse to accept the shipment until reviewing the contents in the presence of the driver. If damage is found, refuse the shipment, contact us, and we’ll make a claim for value to the shipping company, and issue your refund, or ship new product. If you have the opportunity, please take photos or video. If you don’t notice damaged cartons at first, you then receive them anyway, and later notice damage, please keep the box, as this is needed to make a claim with most shipping companies. Any shipping claim made on a damaged board (or other product) must be made either before accepting shipment, or immediately after receiving the product. Creed SUP or it's shipping agents can't be responsible for shipping damages claimed more than 1 week after receipt.
